Paul Contreras ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Ambiplay is an iOS coordination game that stores gameplay progress locally on your device. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or personal files.

Data We Collect

Ambiplay is designed to minimize data collection. Here is a summary of our data practices based on Apple’s App Privacy guidelines:

• Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone): Not collected.
• Identifiers (User ID, Device ID): Not collected.
• Gameplay Progress: Stored locally on your device.
• Usage Data & Diagnostics: Not collected by us.
• Location Data: Not collected.
• User Content (Photos, Text): Not collected.
• Purchases: Anonymous purchase history may be processed only to unlock and verify Pro access.
• Game Center: If you choose to use Game Center, Apple may process leaderboard-related account data under Apple’s own policies.

How We Use Data

Because we do not collect personal information, usage data, or diagnostics, we do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or analytics. Local gameplay data is used only to show your progress in the app. Anonymous purchase information is used strictly to unlock and verify Ambiplay Pro features.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties because we do not collect it in the first place.

Third-Party Services

Ambiplay may use the following platform and third-party services:

RevenueCat

• Purpose: Managing and validating Apple In-App Purchases and subscriptions.
• Data Shared: Anonymous Apple App Store transaction receipts.
• Linked to You: No.
• Used for Tracking: No.

Note: All payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or have access to your credit card information or Apple ID details.

Apple Game Center

• Purpose: Leaderboard support.
• Data Shared: Handled by Apple when you use Game Center.

Data Retention and Storage

Your level progress, best scores, stars, XP, total sessions, play time, daily completion, and streak data are stored locally on your device. We do not operate external servers to sync or store this gameplay progress. If you delete the Ambiplay app, your local app data is deleted from your device.

Security

Your local gameplay data is protected by the iOS operating system and the device protections you configure, such as passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

Your Choices & Rights

Because gameplay progress is stored locally on your device, you can delete Ambiplay data at any time by uninstalling the application. You can manage or cancel an Ambiplay Pro subscription directly through your Apple ID Settings.

Children’s Privacy

Ambiplay is designed for a broad audience. Because we do not collect personal information, contact details, or location data from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

International Transfers

Because we do not collect, transmit, or store personal gameplay data on external servers, your local gameplay data is not transferred internationally by us.

App Tracking Transparency

Ambiplay does not track you. We do not collect data to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, nor do we serve targeted advertisements.

Push Notifications

Ambiplay may use local device notifications for gameplay reminders or streak-related alerts. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use remote push notifications and do not collect push notification tokens.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
